Reiki is a spiritually guided life force energy. In the silence of this energy movement, you are relaxed and at ease. I am a certified Level 3 Reiki Master Teacher. A 13th generation in the Dr. Usui Reiki tradition.

Reiki Session: We start the session with a brief dialogue. This talk allows an opening of energy flow and connection between us. It also lets you release any analytical concerns that our left brain brings along. If you are remote, I will ask you to recline so that you can be relaxed and supported as you would be in-person. As we move through the session, you may feel a warm or a cool tingly sensation depending on the energy flow - though this is simply the natural energy force at work.

In-person, you will be reclined, face up on a padded table and fully clothed. Your neck and knees, or where needed, are supported with towels or boosters. I start the the head or crown chakra using light touch hand motions staying for several minutes in each location to cover the chakras, organs, and joints. We’ll end at the feet “grounding” you back to the planet.

Reiki with sound healing: In person, we can add in sound healing to the reiki session. I haven’t yet found a way to offer the sound healing portion that works equally well for all distance reiki, so for the time this is in-person only. I’ll use a combination of high-quality chimes and tuning forks. These create a resonance the aids in the vibrations.

Reiki with an expanded state journey: We’ll have a slightly longer conversation at the start of the session to arrive at a clear intention for the journey. I’ll be performing reiki as we go which allows you to be easily in the flow state. The journey portion will begin with connecting you with your higher-self and other guides. Then I’ll ask some gentle intuitively guided questions where in your connected state you will know the answers. The beautiful part of of the process is that it allows you to better know your own intuition and how all of the answers are already available. Sometimes we just need that facilitation to help us to begin to remember what we knew before we came to this life. Session end: For all session types, we’ll discuss your experience, answer any questions, and review any messaging that came through that will help you as you move forward in life.

Cost:

• A Reiki session is $80 for a one hour session. The sound healing can be added for no additional cost.

• A Reiki session with an expanded state journey is $130 and typically lasts two to two and half hours.
