Personal Cosmology is an awesome 4-session program designed to help you make some great changes in your beliefs, and behaviors to better align to your values. Together, we'll dive into your target area and trace an initial unhealthy belief back to its source. In the other sessions, we'll use a variety of cool techniques tailored to you, like writing, singing, art, chilling in nature, meditation, reading, and more to build that wellness.

You can space the sessions out weekly, bi-monthly, or every other month, whatever fits your schedule and personal timeline for exercises and meditation.
